三维放化疗结合中医药治疗对胃癌远期及近期的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨三维放化疗结合中医药治疗胃癌患者远期及近期疗效。方法:选取我院2013年3月至2015年3月的208例胃癌患者,根据治疗方法不同分为试验组和对照组各104例,试验组采用三维放化疗结合中医药进行治疗,对照组采用单纯放化疗进行治疗,观察2组患者的肿瘤标志物、1年、3年、5年的生存率和肿瘤体积、并发症等。结果:试验组CA72-4水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;试验组的1年、3年、5年生存率(76.9%,66.3%,56.7%)明显高于对照组(65.2%,53.8%,44.2%),差异有统计学意义;2组患者治疗后试验组肿瘤体积与不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组。结论:采用三维放化疗结合中医药治疗胃癌能更好地控制病情,提高患者的生存率,减少并发症的发生。Objective： To study the long term and short term efficacy of three dimensional radiotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in patients with gastric cancer. Methods： In our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 , selected 208 cases of gastric cancer patients were studied. According to the different methods divided into experimental group and the control group （n = 104）, The experimental group was treated with three-dimensional radiotherapy and chemotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine, and the control group was treated with chemotherapy only. Observing the tumor marker, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years of survival rate and tumor volume, complications such as index of two groups of patients. Results： The level of CA72-d of the experimental group was significantly lower than that the control group, with statistical significance; The 1 year, 3 years, 5 years survival rate （76. 9% ,66.3% ,56. 7% ） of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group （62.5%, 53.8%, 44.2% ）, with statistical significance. After treatment tumor volume of two groups of patients significantly reduced; the tumor volume and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion： Three dimensional radiotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastric cancer can better control the disease, improve the survival rate of patients, reduce the incidence of complications.
