摘 要:在明确建模和计算方法可靠的基础上,通过改变护栏的中心高度、腐蚀程度以及拼接螺栓缺失形态,对现有2 m立柱间距A级波形梁护栏进行了计算机模拟碰撞试验,以分析这些应用关键因素变化对护栏防护性能的影响。结果表明:(1)护栏中心高度在58~62 cm范围时,现有护栏具有A级防护水平;(2)护栏板的腐蚀裕量为0.4 mm,当波形梁护栏板的减薄量不大于0.4 mm时,现有护栏的防护能力可达到A级水平;(3)拼接螺栓缺失可能使现有波形梁护栏的防护能力有一定程度的降低。当拼接螺栓小于4颗时,护栏具有A级防护水平,而当拼接螺栓缺失数量大于等于4颗时,剩余螺栓不同的布置方式可能使护栏的防护能力达不到A级水平。In this paper,the reliability of modeling and calculation methods was firstly confirmed. By changing center height of guardrail,degree of corrosion and bolts configuration after lacking,the crash simulation on class A w-beam guardrail which post spacing is 2 m were be conducted,so that the influence of these key application factors on guardrail's protection performance were analyzed. The results showed that:( 1) The protection performance of the guardrail is class A level when the center height of guardrail ranges from 58 cm to 62 cm;( 2) The corrosion allowance of guardrail beam is 0. 4 mm,when the beam thickness reduction is not more than 0. 4 mm,the protection performance of guardrail can be achieved class A level;( 3) The protection performance of guardrail will reduce to a certain extent because of splice bolts lacking. When splice bolts lack less than four,the protection performance of guardrail is class A level,and when splice bolts lack greater than or equal to four,due to different arrangement of remaining bolts,the protection performance of guardrail may not achieved class A level.
