摘 要:目的评价点评式SBAR交班培训对提高ICU低年资护士交班质量的效果。方法对57名ICU低年资护士进行专业理论知识及SABR交班内容培训,同时对其SABR交班报告进行个性化点评。结果培训后低年资护士的SABR交班质量总分、背景、评估及建议方面得分显著高于培训前(均P<0.01)。结论点评式SBAR交班培训可提高护士交班质量,能够通过标准化的沟通模式促进ICU低年资护士对患者病情的理解能力、观察评估及应对能力,从而提高低年资护士专业素质。Objective To evaluate the effect of commentary SBAR handover training on improving handover quality of junior nurses in ICU. Methods A total of 57 junior nurses in ICU were trained on professional theoretical knowledge and SABR handover content, then personalized comments were given according to their SABR handover reports. Results After the training, junior nurses' total score of SBAR handover quality and the score of background, assessment and recommendation were significantly higher than those before the training(P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion Commentary SBAR handover training can improve nurses' handover quality, and promote ICU iunior nurses' ability to understand disease, observe, assess and cope via standardized communication model, then improve their professional quality.
