摘　　要：目的探讨"1M3S"护理管理模式在心血管外科ICU的应用效果。方法于2015年对心血管外科ICU 3 455例手术患者实施常规护理管理,于2016年对3 346例手术患者实施"1M3S"护理管理模式,包括规范护理管理、提高技能、优化服务、保障安全4个方面。结果 2016年心血管外科ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎预防率显著高于2015年,留置尿管相关泌尿系统感染发生率、APACHEⅡ>15分患者压疮发生率、人工气道非计划性拔管发生率显著低于2015年(P<0.05,P<0.01);2016年危重患者护理质量重点监测各指标得分、各层级护士技能考核得分及患者满意度显著高于2015年(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 "1M3S"护理管理模式有利于提高ICU护理质量、护士执业技能及患者满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of 1M3S nursing management model in ICU of cardiovascular surgery depart- ment. Methods Totally 3 455 surgery patients in ICU of cardiovascular surgery department in 2015 received routine nursing management, other 3 346 surgery patients in the same department in 2016 were managed using 1M3S nursing management model, which included standardizing nursing management, improving skills, optimizing service and ensuring safety. Results The prevention rate of ventilator associated pneumonia in ICU of cardiovascular surgery department in 2016 was significantly higher than that in 2015, while the incidence of catheter associated urinary tract infection, pressure ulcers among APACHEII〉 15 patients and unplanned extubation of artificial airway were significantly lower than those in 2015 （P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01）, and the scores of key monitoring indicators of nursing quality for critically ill patients, the skill examination score of all level nurses and patient satisfaction in 2016 were significantly higher than those in 2015（P〈0.05 ,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion 1M3S nursing management model is conducive to improve nursing quality of ICU, nurses＇ working skills and patient satisfaction.
