摘  要:咖啡锈病是小粒咖啡生产中的重要病害,为探讨小粒咖啡锈病田间分布情况,首先对不同品种田间发病情况进行调查,采用聚集度指标、Iwao的M*-m回归法、Taylor幂法则、Lα-m回归模型和Z-V模型对叶锈病在‘P1’、‘P4’、‘PT’、‘维拉萨奇’、‘卡杜拉’、‘卡杜埃瑞吉纳’、‘卡杜埃44’7个咖啡品种上的空间分布型进行研究。结果表明,咖啡叶锈病在咖啡品种上总体呈现聚集分布,不同咖啡品种之间平均每叶病斑数有差异,其中‘卡杜埃瑞吉纳’、‘卡杜埃44’发病较重,且病斑发展速度快,‘P4’病斑平均值最小。该病害在咖啡叶层上的严重度分布总体呈现下层>中层>上层。Coffee leaf rust is one of the major diseases on arabica coffee. The objectives of this work are toclarify the spatial distribution pattern of the leaf rust disease in arabica coffee field. An investigation wasconducted on the diseased plants, the spatial distribution pattern of the leaf rust disease was studied bydetermination of aggregated indices, the Taylor's power law, Iwao's M*-m regression analysis, Lan's Lα-mmodel and Zhang's Z-V model. Results indicated that the diseased plants in coffee field belong to negative-binomial distribution, the average spot amount of each leaf was different among different arabica coffeevarieties. Among them,‘Catuaí Regional'and‘Catuaí44'had a higher severity and spot expansion speed ofthe disease; the average spot amount on‘P4'was the smallest. The severity of the disease on arabica coffeeleaf layers was significantly different, with the sequence of lower leaves middle leaves upper leaves.
