摘　　要：中重型卡车影响城市交通,多年以来,城市的市中心繁华路段一般都分时段限行货运车辆,中重型卡车一般只允许在非高峰时间（22：00-5：00）进入市区。相关的运输企业和卡车驾驶员已经适应这样的路权限制,然而,近年来尤其在2017年,针对卡车的路权限制有明显的加严趋势。In the past few years, especially beginning of 2017, the limitation to Right-of-Way of truck has been strict, and seemed to be in a trend of even more strict in a soon future, which had already had much impact on the truck corporations and the industry as well. It was necessary to clarify various thoughts and ideas, as well as trend of changing of the situation, particularly the impact on auto-make businesses. The businesses in concern should take action to do necessary adjustment in strategy and product-line as well.
