摘  要:制备了β-环糊精/石墨烯修饰乙炔黑电极(β-CD/GR/ABPE),用循环伏安法研究了对硝基苯酚(4-NP)在β-CD/GR/ABPE上的电化学行为并优化了测定条件。结果表明,该修饰电极在0.05 mol/L H2SO4溶液中对4-NP有良好的电催化性能。利用二阶导数线性扫描伏安法对4-NP的含量进行测定,4-NP的还原峰电流与其浓度在1.0×10-7~2.0×10-5 mol/L和2.0×10-5~1.0×10-4 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为2.0×10-8 mol/L。该修饰电极成功应用于水样中4-NP的含量的检测,方法简便、快速、灵敏。The acetylene black paste electrode modified withβ-cyclodextrin/graphene composite was prepared.Electrochemical behaviors of 4-nitrophenol(4-NP)on the modified electrode were studied using cyclic voltammetry,and the voltammetric determination parameters were optimized.theresultsshowedthatthemodifiedelectrode has excellent electrocatalytic activity for the determination of 4-NP in 0.05 mol/L H2 SO4.Under optimized conditions,by using second-order derivative linear scan voltammetry,the modified electrode showed a good linear relationship between the concentration of 4-NP and the reduction peak current in the range of 1.0×10-7~2.0×10-5 mol/L and 2.0×10-5~1.0×10-4 mol/L with a detection limit of 2.0×10-8 mol/L.The modified electrode was successfully applied to direct determination of 4-NP in water samples,which was simple,fast and sensitive.
