摘 要:目的:调查初中生生活质量和社交焦虑的现状,为促进中学生的心身健康提供参考。方法:采用儿童少年生活质量量表、青少年社交焦虑量表对梅州市581名初中生进行调查。结果:初中生的生活质量水平(2.82±0.34)和社交焦虑水平(2.55±0.68)处中等水平。初中生生活质量与社会焦虑呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论:生活质量对社交焦虑有负向影响,应从多方面关心初中生提高其生活质量,降低社交焦虑水平。Objective: To investigate the quality of life and social anxiety of junior school students to improve their physical and mental health. Methods: 581 junior school students in Meizhou city were investigated with Children and Adolescents Quality of Life Scale and Social Anxiety Scale for Adolescent. Results: The quality of life (2.82±0.34) and the level of social anxiety (2.55±0.68) of junior school students had a certain degree of stability. There was a significant negative correlation between qual- ity of life and social anxiety (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Quality of life has a negative impact on social anxiety. The quality of life of junior middle school students should be improved from the muhi-dimensional care to reduce the level of social anxiety.
