摘 要:目的:了解吉林省县级公立医院医改后医务人员工作满意度现状及影响因素和个人期望。方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法,对吉林省43个县3170名医务人员进行问卷调查,应用秩和检验和Logistic回归进行分析。结果:吉林省县级公立医院医务人员工作满意度均值为3.88分。职称、文化程度、绩效考核、月平均收入、收入变化、日均工作时间是影响医务人员工作满意度的主要因素(均P<0.05)。综合医院和中医院的个人期望存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:县级公立医院医务人员的工作满意居于比较满意水平,但对医院的管理制度的满意度不高。建议完善薪酬和绩效考核制度,合理安排医务人员的作息时间。Objective: To investigate current job satisfaction and influencing factors of medical staff in county-level hospitals and personal expectations after county hospital reform in Jilin Province. Methods:Stratified random sampling were used to select 3170 county-level medical staff from 43 counties in Jilin Province to conduct questionnaire surveys. Rank sum test and Logistic regression were used for analysis. Results :The results showed that the total medical staff' s job satisfaction is an average score of 3.88. Professional titles, educational level, performance appraisal, monthly average income, income changes, daily working hours are the main influencing factors of job satisfaction(all P〈O.05). It has difference between general hospital and TCM hospi- tal (P〈0.05). Conclusion:The overall job satisfaction of county-level medical staff is redatively satisfied. However, there are more diffrent opinions on the evaluation of the hospital management system. The related departments should complete and improve salary reward system and performance appraisal system, and rest time of the medical staff should be arranzed reasonablv.
