摘  要:以抗坏血酸为碳源,采用微波法合成的稳定性高,水溶性好的发光碳量子点。在pH 5.00的B-R的缓冲溶液中,基于盐酸雷尼替丁对碳量子点的荧光猝灭作用,建立了一种检测盐酸雷尼替丁的新方法。实验发现,盐酸雷尼替丁浓度在1.0~7.0μmol/L和0.1~1.0μmol/L范围内与碳量子点的荧光猝灭强度呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为71 nmol/L。方法用于胶囊及血样中盐酸雷尼替丁含量的测定,其回收率分别为96.4%~99.0%和96.0~106.0%。Taking ascorbic acid as carbon source, L-lysine as passivating agent, microwave method was used to synthesize luminescent carbon quantum dots, in citric acid / sodium citrate buffer solution ( pH 5.00 ) . The reaction between carbon quantum dots and ranitidine hydrochloride capsules can quench the fluorescence of carbon quantum dots regularly. Based on this phenomenon, a new method that for determining ranitidine hydrochloride was established, in which carbon quantum dots was used as the fluorescent probe. The concentration of ranitidine hydrochloride presented a nice linear relationship with the fluorescence intensity from 1.0 ~ 70 μmol/L and 0. 1 - 1.0μmol/L, and the detection limit was 71 nmol/L. The method was applied to analyze the ranitidine hydrochloride content in drugs and blood samples, and the recovery was from 96. 4% to 99.0% and 96.0% to 106.0%, respectively.
