腹腔镜与开腹胃癌根治术治疗进展期胃癌的临床效果对比

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜与开腹胃癌根治术治疗进展期胃癌的临床效果。方法选取2015年12月22日~2017年4月26日我院收治的64例进展期胃癌患者,按照抽签方式分为研究组和对照组,各32例。研究组给予腹腔镜胃癌根治术,对照组给予开腹胃癌根治术。比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、术后恢复时间、下床活动时间,切口感染、残胃无力发生率。结果研究组的手术时间、切口长度、术后恢复时间、下床活动时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的切口感染、残胃无力发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胃癌根治术治疗进展期胃癌的效果显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic and open radical gastrectomy treating advanced gastric cancer.Methods From December 22,2015 and April 26,2017,64 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted into our hospital were selected and divided into the study group and control group according to lottery method,and there were 32 patients in each group.The study group was given laparoscopic radical gastrectomy,while the control group was given radical gastrectomy.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incision length,postoperative recovery time,bed ambulation time,and the incidence of incisional infection and residual gastric inactivity were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,incision length,postoperative recovery time,bed ambulation time in the study group were shorter than those of the control group （P〈0.05）.The incidence of incisional infection and residual gastric inactivity in the study group were lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for patients with advanced gastric cancer has a significant effect.
