摘　　要：HOXD-AS1是新近发现的一个关键的肿瘤相关长链非编码RNA（1ncRNA）。异常表达于肿瘤组织细胞中的HOXD-AS1在肿瘤发生发展中发挥着重要的调控作用，有望成为新型的肿瘤标志物。阐明HOXD-AS1的作用机制将为肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供可行的理论依据与潜在的干预靶点。现就HOXD-AS1在肿瘤中的研究现状作一综述。HOXD-AS1 is a recently discovered pivotal cancer-related long non-coding RNA （IncRNA） Abnormal expression of HOXD-AS1 exhibits a regulatory role in the occurrence and development of tumors, and is expected to become a new tumor marker. Clarifying the mechanism of HOXD-AS1 will provide a feasible theoretical basis and potential intervention targets for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors. This article reviews the current research status of I-IOXD-ASI in tumors.
