摘 要:利用非参数方向性距离函数,分别从能源消费总量和能源消费结构2个方面,分析测算了2005年~2014年10 a间环渤海经济区各地区的碳减排绩效水平。结果表明:环渤海经济区整体碳减排绩效水平较高,不考虑能源消费结构会低估该地区碳减排绩效水平。京津两市碳减排绩效水平较高,未来减排空间较小;河北省、辽宁省和山东省在2种方案下的差值较大,说明这3个省份的能源消费结构欠合理,未来减排空间相对较大。最后,针对不同地区产业结构和能源结构特点,分别提出了减少碳排放的实施建议。Using the non-parametric directional distance function, calculates and analyzes the carbon emission performance of Bohai sea economic zone in the period from 2005 to 2014 in the two schemes which the total energy consumption and energy consumption structure are considered respectively.The results show that the overall carbon emission .performance in Bohai sea economic zone is relatively high and the performance will be underestimated without considering the energy consumption structure. The carbon emission performance of Beijing and Tianjin is higher and their emission reduction space is relatively small in future; the bigger difference between the two schemes in Hebei province, Liaoning province and Shandong province shows that the energy consumption structure of them is unreasonable, but they have a relatively big emission reduction space in future. Finally, according to the characteristics of industrial structure and energy structure in different regions, proposes suggestions for reducing carbon emissions respectively.
