摘　　要：目的探讨Chymase蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法选取2010年9月至2012年9月于中国医学科学院肿瘤医院结直肠外科和哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院结直肠肿瘤外科接受结直肠癌根治术的135例结直肠癌患者,通过免疫组化的方法检测Chymase蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达,分析Chymase蛋白与临床病理资料及预后的关系。结果 Chymase蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达低于癌旁组织,表达差异具有统计学意义(Χ2=4.305,P=0.038),结直肠癌组织中,有远处转移患者Chymase蛋白表达降低(P=0.002),Chymase蛋白的表达与N分期有关,分期越晚,Chymase蛋白的表达越低(Χ~2=54.81,P<0.001),在Ⅲ+Ⅳ期患者Chymase蛋白表达降低(Χ~2=50.84,P<0.001),生存分析结果提示Chymase蛋白低表达患者预后不佳(Χ~2=10.501,P=0.001)。结论Chymase蛋白可能成为结直肠癌患者预后的分子靶标。ObjectiveTo investigate the expression and clinical signi？cance of chymase protein in colorectal cancer tissue. Methods135 colorectal cancer patients who underwent radical resection were collected at the Cancer Hospital Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and the Second Af？liated Hospital of Harbin Medical University between September 2010 and September 2012. The expression of Chymase protein in colorectal cancer tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the relationship between Chymase protein and clinicopathological data and prognosis was analyzed. ResultsThe expression of chymase protein in colorectal cancer tissue was lower than that of the adjacent tissues, the difference was of statistically signi？cance （Χ2=4.305, P=0.038）. In colorectal cancer tissue, the expression of chymase protein was decreased in distant metastatic patients （P=0.002）, the expression of chymase protein was decreased in late N staging （Χ2=54.81, P 〈 0.001）, the expression of chymase protein was decreased in Ⅲ＋Ⅳ patients （Χ2=50.84, P 〈 0.001）, survival analysis indicated that patients with low expression of chymase protein had poor prognosis （X2=10.501, P=0.001）. ConclusionChymase protein may be a molecular target for prognosis of colorectal cancer.
