摘 要:目的探究PBL教学法在《中医妇科学》教学中的应用效果和问题。方法选取我院2013级中医临床班学生80名作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组各40名。按照教学大纲要求,一组采用常规方法教学(对照组),另一组采用PBL教学法进行教学(观察组);课程结束后,观察两组中医妇科知识考核得分及对教学的满意率等,并进行比较。结果观察组考核平均得分为(92.35±2.05)分,对照组的考核平均得分为(79.36±2.54)分;观察组教学的满意率为97.5%,高于对照组的72.5%;两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法在中医妇科教学中的应用效果良好,可达到相对满意的教学效果。Objective To explore the effect of PBL teaching method in the teaching of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods A total of 80 students in 2013 clinical classes of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the study objects and they were randomly divided into two groups, 40 students in each group. In accordance with the requirements of the teaching syllabus, one group used conventional methods (control group), another group used PBL teaching method (observation group); after the end of the course, two groups of TCM gynecology knowledge assessment score and teaching satisfaction rate were observed and compared. Results In the observation group, the average test score was (92.35 ± 2.05) points, the control group the average test score was (79.36 ± 2.54) points; in addition, the observation group teaching satisfaction rate was 97.5%, which was higher than 72.5% in the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method in gynecology teaching of Chinese medicine results in good effect, and satisfactory teaching effect can be achieved.
