摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA模式在艾滋病病房护士职业防护中的应用效果,在临床工作中有效避免危险因素,减低职业暴露的伤害。方法通过对一段时间内职业暴露的原因分析,拟定计划、组织实施,定期/不定期检查,有效处理等,施行持续改进,减少职业暴露的危险。结果PDCA模式的实施减少了护士职业暴露的发生率,保障护理人员及患者安全,增强了职业认同感。结论 PDCA模式优化了操作流程,规范了工作制度,提高了解决问题的能力,降低了职业暴露的发生率,保障了护士的职业安全。Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA mode in the occupational protection of nurses in AIDS ward, effectively avoid risk factors and reduce occupational exposure in clinical work. Methods By analyzing the causes of occupational exposure for a period of time, planning, organizing and implementing, periodic / irregular inspection, effective treatment, continuous improvement to reduce the risk of occupational exposure. Results The implementation of PDCA model reduced the incidence of occupational exposure to nurses, safeguarded the safety of nurses and patients, and enhanced the sense of professional identity. Conclusion The PDCA mode optimizes the operation process, standardizes the work system, improves the ability to solve problems, reduces the incidence of occupational exposure, and ensures the occupational safety of nurses.
