摘 要:目的对比McKeown食管切除术与左胸径路食管切除术在胸中下段食管癌中的作用。方法按照随机数字表法将我院收治的120例胸中下段食管癌患者分为两组,对照组60例采用左胸径路食管切除术治疗,观察组60例,采用McKeown食管切除术治疗,对比两组疗效。结果在术中出血量、淋巴结清扫数、住院时间方面,观察组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用McKeown食管切除术对胸中下段食管癌患者实施治疗,效果更加理想。Objective To compare the effect of McKeown esophagectomy and left-sided thoracotomy in the treatment of middle and lower thoracic esophageal cancer. Methods A total of 120 patients with middle and lower thoracic esophageal cancer who were admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method. 60 patients in the control group were treated by left thoracic esophagectomy. 60 patients in the observation group were treated with McKeown esophagectomy. The curative effect of two groups were compared. Results The blood loss, the number of lymph node dissection and hospital stay in observation group were signifcantly better than those in control group (P 〈 0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was signifcantly lower than that in control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion McKeown esophagectomy in the treatment of patients with middle and lower thoracic esophageal cancer is more ideal, and can be widely applied in clinic.
