双歧三联活菌联合美沙拉嗪治疗轻中度溃疡性结肠炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究在轻中度溃疡性结肠炎使用双歧三联活菌联合美沙拉嗪的治疗效果。方法选取2014年6月—2017年6月来我院就诊的轻中度溃疡性结肠炎患者68例,将其随机分为两组。对照组使用美沙拉嗪单独用药,观察组则增加使用双歧三联活菌。对比两组患者内镜评分、治疗效果、不良症状的差异。结果治疗后对照组的临床症状、DAI、内镜评分分别是(4.24±1.24)分、(2.56±0.51)分、(3.89±1.24)分;治疗有效率是73.53%;不良症状发生率是14.71%。观察组临床症状、DAI、内镜评分分别是(2.16±1.05)分、(1.46±0.41)分、(2.36±1.06)分;治疗有效率是94.12%;不良症状发生率是2.94%。两组数据差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论通过使用双歧三联活菌联合美沙拉嗪,能够有效提升轻中度溃疡性结肠炎患者的治疗效果,减少不良症状的发生。Objective To study the effect of Bifdobacterium combined with Shara on the treatment of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis. Methods 68 cases of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2017 were selected and divided into two groups randomly. The control group was treated with methalazine alone, while the observation group increased the use of Bifidobacterium bifidus. The differences of endoscopic score, therapeutic effect and adverse symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms, DAI and endoscopic scores of the control group were （4.24 ± 1.24）, （2.56 ± 0.51）, （3.89 ± 1.24）, respectively, the effective rate of treatment was 73.53%, and the incidence of bad symptoms was 14.71%. The clinical symptoms, DAI and endoscopy scores in the observation group were （2.16 ± 1.05）, （1.46 ± 0.41）, （2.36 ± 1.06）, the effective rate of treatment was 94.12%, and the incidence of adverse symptoms was 2.94%. The difference between the two groups was very obvious, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The use of Bifdobacterium combined with mesalazine can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis patients, reduce the occurrence of adverse symptoms.
