内观认知疗法对抑郁障碍患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察内观认知疗法对抑郁障碍患者的影响。方法:将150例抑郁症患者随机分为研究组(75例)和对照组(75例),两组均给予抗抑郁剂治疗,研究组同时给予内观认知疗法。比较两组治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、自动思维问卷(ATQ)和应对方式问卷(CSQ)的评估。结果:两组患者治疗后HAMD-17评分均较治疗前明显降低,且研究组HAMD-17评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组ATQ评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组CSQ中的解决问题、求助、合理化因子评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组在回避、自责因子评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在抗抑郁剂治疗基础上,内观认知疗法能有效改善抑郁障碍患者的负性自动思维、应对方式及抑郁情绪。Objective： To explore effects of Naikan cognitive therapy on patients with depressive disorder. Methods： A total of150 patients with depressive disorder were randomly divided into study group （75 cases） and control group （75 cases）. Both groupswere given antidepressant therapy, while the study group was combined with Naikan cognitive therapy. The patients were evaluated bythe Hamilton depression scale （HAMD）, automatic thoughts questionnaire （ATQ） and coping style questionnaire （CSQ） before andafter the treatment, and the results of the two groups were compared. Results： （1） The HAMD-17 scores were significantly lower inboth groups after the treatment than those before the treatment, but the HAMD-17 score was significantly lower in the study group thanin the control group after the treatment （P〈0. 05）. （2） The ATQ score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0. 05）. （3） The solving the problem factor, helping factor, and rationalization factor scores of CSQ in the study groupwere significantly higher than those in the control group after the treatment, while the avoiding factor and self-blame scores of CSQwere significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Naikan cognitive therapy based on the antidepressanttherapy can improve the automatic thoughts, coping style and depression in the patients with depressive disorder.
