摘　　要：目的探讨乳房外Paget病中Cyclin A和Cyclin B1的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化二步法检测28例乳房外Paget病及18例正常对照皮肤组织中Cyclin A和Cyclin B1的表达情况。结果 Cyclin A和Cyclin B1在乳房外Paget病组织中阳性表达率明显高于正常皮肤组。Cyclin A的表达和Cyclin B1的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论Cyclin A和Cyclin B1在乳房外Paget病中高表达,提示两者可能参与了乳房外Paget病的发病过程。Objective In order to study the expression and significance of Cyclin A and Cyclin B1 in extramammary Paget＇s disease（EMPD）. Methods The expression of Cyclin A and Cyclin B1 in 28 patients with EMPD and in 18 normal controls skin was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of Cyclin A and Cyclin B1 was apparently higher in EMPD than that in normal skin tissues（P〈0.05）. There was a positive correlation between Cyclin A and Cyclin B1（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Cyclin A and Cyclin B1 may play an important role in the cacinogenesis of EMPD.
