基于“农信采”数据的黑龙江省蔬菜价格波动分析

摘　　要：基于中国农业科学院信息中心研发的"农信采"设备采集到的2016年黑龙江省蔬菜价格数据,得出黑龙江省蔬菜价格波动曲线。在初步探讨蔬菜价格波动的具体原因的基础上,提出了稳定黑龙江省蔬菜生产,减小蔬菜市场价格波动的建议与对策,如以壮大的产业格局,延长蔬菜价格的链条;以准确的市场信息,引导蔬菜价格的波动;以实用的科技成果,抵消蔬菜价格的波动等。According to the data of Heilongjiang province vegetable prices in 2016, which were collected from the facility ＂Agricultural Credit＂ of Information Center of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the fluctuation curve of vegetable price was obtained. On the basis of preliminary discussion of the specific reasons of vegetable price fluctuation in Heilongjiang Province, the suggestions and countermeasures to stablize the production of vegetables and reduce the fluctuations of the vegetable market prices were put forward, such as extending the chain of vegetable prices through the expansion of the industrial pattern; guiding the fluctuation of vegetable prices with accurate market information; offsetting the fluctuation of vegetable prices with practical scientific and technological achievements, and so on.
