注射用A型肉毒毒素联合眼袋整形术治疗眼周皮肤松弛的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨眼周皮肤松弛采用注射用A型肉毒毒素联合眼袋整形术方式治疗的临床效果。方法:收治眼周皮肤松弛患者92例,平分两组。对照组单纯采用眼袋整形术进行治疗,观察组采用眼袋整形术+A型肉毒毒素注射方案治疗,对比两组治疗的临床效果。结果:观察组眼袋减轻例数、鱼尾纹减轻例数以及皮肤色泽增强例数都明显多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:眼袋整形术+A型肉毒毒素注射方案是治疗眼周皮肤松弛患者的最佳选择。Objective:To investigate the effect of botulinum toxin type A injection combined with blepharoplasty in the treatment of skin relaxation around the eye.Methods:92 patients with skin relaxation around the eye were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with blepharoplasty only,and the observation group was treated with botulinum toxin type A injection combined with blepharoplasty.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:In the observation group,the number of cases of eye pouch reduction,the number of cases of crow's feet reduction and the number of skin color enhancement were significantly more than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Botulinum toxin type A injection combined with blepharoplasty is the best choice for the treatment of baggy skin of the eye.
