摘  要:目的:探讨分层次分阶段带教模式在神经科护生教学中的应用成效。方法:选择2016级50例神经科护生为对照组,选择2017级50例神经科护生为观察组。对照组采用传统带教模式,观察组采用分层次分阶段带教模式,比较两组应用效果。结果:观察组平均成绩和学习满意情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。讨论:分层次分阶段带教模式在神经科护生教学中的应用成效显著。Objective:To explore the application effect of hierarchical and staged teaching mode in the teaching of nursing students in neurology department.Methods:50 cases of nursing students in neurology department in 2016 were selected as the control group.50 cases of nursing students in neurology department in 2017 were selected as the observation group.The control group was given the traditional teaching mode.The observation group was given the hierarchical and staged teaching mode.We compared the application effect of two groups.Results:The average scores and learning satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of hierarchical and staged teaching mode in the teaching of nursing students in neurology department was significant.
