摘 要:采用原子吸收光谱法,对六盘水市两煤矿煤矸石山优势植物戟叶酸模、皱叶酸模根际土壤污染状况及对重金属吸收与富集特征进行研究。结果表明:煤矸石土壤均存在不同程度重金属污染,其中Cd污染较为严重;戟叶酸模、皱叶酸模地上、地下部分对Pb的富集量最大,对Cd的富集量最小;富集系数均小于1,戟叶酸模对Cu、Mn、Ni的转移系数大于1;皱叶酸模对Cu、Mn、Ni、Pb的转移系数大于1,可作为煤矸石山重金属污染的修复植物。atomic absorption spectrometry( AAS) was used to study the heavy metal absorption and enrichment characteristics of Rumex hastatus and Rumex crispus which settled naturally on coal gangue field in Liupanshui,Guizhou province. The results showed that there were different levels of heavy metal pollution in all of the soils and Cd caused the most serious pollution. The enrichment coefficient of the belowground part of Rumex hastatus Rumex crispus for Pb was less than 1,but the contents were the highest. The transfer coefficient for Cu,Mn and Ni was more than 1,and the transfer coefficient of Rumex crispus for Pb was more than 1 as well. Therefore,these two plants,Rumex hastatus and Rumex crispus,could be used as phytoremediation plants of coal gangue field with heavy metal pollution.
