大麻药地上部分的化学成分研究

摘　　要：大麻药(Dolichos falcata Klein.)为豆科(Leguminosae)镰扁豆属植物,是云南地区彝族传统用于消炎止痛的一种药用植物.对采自昆明的大麻药地上部分进行了化学成分研究.采用硅胶柱层析、高效液相色谱等分离手段,从彝药大麻药地上部分95%乙醇提取物中的乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到肉桂酸等10个化合物,根据波谱数据和文献鉴定结构分别为:菜豆酸甲酯(1),去氢催吐萝芙木醇(2),2,4-二羟基苯甲酸甲酯(3),2,4-二羟基苯乙酮(4),肉桂酸(5),对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(6),3,5-二羟基肉桂酸(7),水杨酸(8),2,4-二羟基苯甲醛(9),己二酸乙酯(10).所有化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到.Dolichos falcata Klein(family Leguminosae) has been one of the most popular folk medicines used by the Yi people in Yunnan province of China since ancient times. Using the silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20,HPLC et al,the phytochemical investigation on the chemical constituents of ethanol extracts from the aerial part of Dolichos falcata Klein led to the isolation of 10 natural products. The structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of the spectral data and physiochemical properties. Their structures were identified as(1) methyl phaseate,(2)(+)-dehydrovomifoliol,(3) methyl 2,4-dihydroxybenzoate,(4) 1-(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl) ethanone,(5) cinnamic acid,(6) methyl-4-hydroxybenzoate,(7) 3,5-dihydroxycinnamicacid,(8) 2-hydroxybenzoic acid,(9) 2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde,and(10) hexanedioic acid monoethyl ester.All the compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
