摘  要:对上箱体进行了铸造工艺设计,应用AutoCAD软件进行铸件建模,应用ProCAST软件进行铸造过程充型模拟和凝固模拟,优化铸造工艺方案。结果表明:采用顶缩颈冒口,有效利用球墨铸铁凝固过程中石墨的膨胀可以减少冒口尺寸;采取改进的设计方案,成功消除了铸件的缩孔、缩松缺陷。The casting process of upper box used in mechanical drive was designed. The casting model was built by using AutoCAD software, and the simulation of mold filling and solidification process of casting were improved to optimize the original casting process by using ProCAST software. The results show that, using a necking top-riser can reduce the size of the riser when the expansion of graphite in the solidification process of ductile iron is effectively utilized. The shrinkage and porosity defects of the casting are eliminated successfully by adopting the improved design scheme.
