摘  要:以超声波法辅助乙醇提取杨梅叶试样中的总黄酮,采用双波长分光光度法测定提取液的黄酮浓度。结果表明,在测定波长415 nm,参比波长475 nm条件下,芦丁标准品的标准曲线为ΔA=0.025 9c+0.002 5,芦丁标准品的质量浓度在3.7~37.1 mg/L与ΔA呈良好的线性关系(R^2=0.999 7),检出限为0.1 mg/g,测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.46%,加标回收率在95.27%~101.35%,建立的试验方法具有良好的准确度及精密度。The total flavonoids of Myrica rubra leaves were determined by double-wavelength spectrophotometry. The Myrica rubra leaves were degreased by ethyl ether, and the total flavonoids were extracted by ultrasonic-assisted method. The detective wavelength was 415 nm; The reference one was 475 nm; The rutin standard curve was AA=0.025 9c+0.002 5; A good liner relationship (R2=0.999 7) was obtained in 3.7-37.1 mg/L mass concentration. The detection limit of the method was 0.1 mg/g; The relative standard deviation (n=6) was 2.46%; The recovery of standard addition was 95.27%-101.35%. The established test method had good accuracy and orecision.
