摘 要:介绍了4家实验室对卷烟主流烟气中TNCO释放量检测一致性的研究结果。对样品进行了均匀性验证,并对数据进行了格拉布斯和科克伦检验,计算了每个样品的重复性限和重现性限,并计算了曼德尔h和k指数,最后采用E_n值统计检验法和实验结果临界值(CD值)评定法考察了4家实验室5个卷烟样品的一致性。研究发现,在分析对比试验数据时,需根据对比试验的实际情况,选择合适的分析方法,才能对试验结果做出正确评价。Collaborative test on the TNCO in cigarette mainstream smoke was conducted in four laboratories, and the consistency of results was analyzed. First, uniformity verification of 5 cigarettes was conducted, then Grubbs and Cochran test was done for data of collaborative test. After that, repeatability limit and reproducibility limit were calculated, Mandel h and k index were also calculated. At last, En value statistical test method and Critical Difference (CD) statistical test method were compared for evaluating the consistency of results. This research found, in order to get accurate comparison test results and better evaluation of laboratory detection capability, the proper method should be considered.
