摘 要:"创新"是我国高等教育的关键词汇,不同组合中"创新"的内涵与外延并不相同。创新教育处于创新概念体系的最高层,发挥价值指引的功能。创新型大学属于对主体的要求,大学须做出体制机制改革。教学创新属于创新的操作层面,重点在于新技术对教学方法的颠覆。创新人才是创新教育的目的,但我国对创新人才的具体素质缺乏深入研究,未能建立中观的创新人才的素质结构与能力要求。识别出不同概念间的差异与冲突之处,可以为实现创新人才的培养指明道路。"Innovation" is a key word of higher education in China. The connotation and denotation of "innovation" in different combinations are not the same. Innovative education is at the top of innovation concept system, playing the role of value guidance. Innovative universities belong to the requirements for subjects, and accordingly universities should take system and mechanism reform. The teaching innovation belongs to the operation level, and the emphasis is on the subversion of teaching methods because of the new technology. Innovative talents are the purpose of innovative education. But Chinese lacks of studies on the specific quality of innovative talents, and has not established the quality structure and ability requirements for innovative talents in middle view. Identifying the differences and conflicts between different concepts can point out direction to realize the cultivation of innovative talents.
