摘  要:以高效液相色谱法研究了废糖蜜还原浸出软锰矿过程中有机酸的变化。控制溶液流速为1mL/min,柱温35℃,检测波长210nm,结果表明,废糖蜜中有机酸的组成为0.37%乌头酸、0.40%柠檬酸、4.19%琥珀酸、0.97%乙酸,0.62%甲酸、0.05%乳酸、0.09%富马酸、0.75%酒石酸、0.60%苹果酸,与软锰矿反应120min后,浸出液中的有机酸组成变为10.4%甲酸、1.8%酒石酸、0.85%柠檬酸、2.4%乙酸、0.13%苹果酸、0.68%乌头酸、0.03%乳酸、0.62%琥珀酸、0.18%富马酸。根据有机酸组成的变化推测出,糖蜜中的还原糖先被氧化成大分子有机酸,大分子有机酸具有还原性,继续被氧化成小分子物质。The change of organic acids in the process of reducing leaching of pyrolusite using waste molasses by high performance liquid chromatography were discussed under the conditions of using QS- C18 column, solution flow rate of i mL/min, column temperature of 35 ℃, detection wavelength of 210 nm. The results show that organic acids in waste molasses is aconitic acid of 0. 37%, citric acid of 0. 40%,succinic acid of 4. 19%,acetic acid of 0. 97%, formic acid of 0. 62%,lactic acid of 0. 05%,fumaric acid of 0. 09%, tartaric acid of 0. 75%,malic acid of 0. 60%. While the organic acids in reduction leaching solution is formic acid of 10.4% ,tartaric acid of 1.8% ,citric acid of 0.85% ,acetic acid of 2.4%,malic acid of 0. 13%, aconitic acid of 0. 68%, lactic acid of 0. 03%,succinic acid of 0.62% ,fumaric acid of 0.18%. According to the change of organic acids during the reduction process, it can be speculated that the reducible sugar in the waste molasses is firstly oxidized to large molecules organic acid,then the organic acids are reoxidized into small molecules organics.
