摘　　要：茶叶被公认为是最贴近自然的健康绿色饮料。笔者通过实地调研,掌握了目前安徽茶叶主要质量安全状况和关键问题。针对农药等投入品使用不合理引起农药残留超标等质量安全问题,在实用性试验基础上,建立了"产前投入品控制+产中病虫害综合防治技术+产后茶叶质量监控和追溯技术"的全过程安全管控体系,并提出了3种杀虫剂安全合理使用组合配方,构建了茶叶产供安全过程管控体系模式。Tea is recognized as the closest natural green drink. The author has mastered the current status of the main quality and safety of tea situation and key issues in Anhui through the field research. In view of the unreasonable use of pesticides and other pesticide residues caused by excessive quality and safety issues, The study based on practical tests, has established a ＂prenatal input control ＋ comprehensive prevention and control of pests ＋ diseases in the production of postpartum tea quality control and traceability technology＂ of process safety management and control system, and put forward three kinds of combination formula how to use insecticide safely and rationally, and built tea production and management of security process control mode.
