平阳霉素注射治疗咽喉部血管瘤的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察平阳霉素注射治疗咽喉部血管瘤的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2011年2月-2015年7月收治的66例咽喉部血管瘤患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用地塞米松注射治疗,观察组患者采用平阳霉素注射治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果与不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率较高,不良反应发生率较低,与对照组患者相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:平阳霉素注射治疗咽喉部血管瘤临床效果显著,且不良反应较少,安全性较高,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective： To probe into the clinical effects of Pingyangmycin Injection in the treatment of hemangioma of larynx.Method： From February 2011 to July 2015, 66 cases with throat hemangioma and who accepted treatments in our hospital were selected, and were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with Dexamethasone Injection while in the observation group were treated with Pingyaugmyein Injection.Then, the clinical treatment effect and adverse reaction rate of two groups of patients were compared.Result： Compaed with the control group, the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher, and the incidence of adverse reaction was lower, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The clinical effects of Pingyangmycin Injection in the treatment ofhemangioma oflarynx are significant, and the adverse reaction is less, the safety is high, thus it is worth to be promoted and applied in clinical.
