绿色供应链管理中低碳经济压力与企业绩效关系研究

摘　　要：在制造业供应链中,低碳经济压力通过对企业环境行为和企业环境责任满意度的影响来影响企业的整体绩效。文中通过构建低碳经济、环境行为、环境责任满意度、企业绩效关系模型,分析制造业供应链管理中低碳压力与企业绩效的作用机理,并探讨企业环境责任满意度的中介作用。结果表明,企业环境行为作为企业实施低碳发展的核心内容,可以直接对企业综合绩效产生积极影响,也可以以企业环境责任满意度为中介变量,通过提高企业社会形象,间接对企业综合绩效产生影响。并提出了企业实施绿色供应链的建议。In the manufacturing supply chain, low _ carbon economic pressure through the corporate environmental behavior and corporate environmental responsibility satisfaction to influence the overall business performance. In this paper, through construct model of low - carbon economy, environmental behavior, environmental responsibility satisfaction, corporate performance to analyze the mechanism of low - carbon pressure and enterprise performance in manufacturing supply chain management, And to explore the intermediary role of corporate environmental responsibility satisfaction. The results show that the low - carbon economic pressure can promote the enterprise to actively implement environmental behavior, and corporate environmental behavior not only can directly affect the economic performance of enterprises, but also through corporate environmental responsibility satisfaction affect the economic performance of enterprises. And put forward the implementation of green supply chain recommendations.
