摘　　要：伴随着供应链管理技术的广泛应用,以提高供应链总体绩效为目的的先进管理技术成为研究的热点问题。寄售就是这样一个通过供应商利用买家的仓库存储其物资的方式来提高供应链绩效的库存管理技术。文中对供应链上供应商与买方成本结构进行了分析,通过对比得出寄售库存模式能够降低供应链总成本的结论。With the application of supply chain management technology the advanced management technology to improve the performance of the supply chain has become a hot topic. Consignment stock is an inventory management technique that has been shown to improve supply chain performance, where a vendor uses its buyers warehouse to store its items. This paper analyzes the cost structure of vendors and buyers. The conclusion is that the consignment stock can reduce the total cost of supply chain.
