摘 要:该文将电子元器件的寿命理论与电磁兼容理论相结合,进行汽车电子产品全寿命电磁兼容测试。以防盗报警器为研究对象,选择电压为加速寿命试验的加速应力,电磁兼容测试方法选择CISPR 25——2008传导发射,对比加速寿命试验前后的传导发射噪声变化,发现加速寿命试验后功能正常,但电磁兼容性变差,其电源线传导发射噪声峰值在50.8~52.15 MHz频段超出CISPR 25——2008等级3的峰值限值4%。对防盗报警器电路模块分析发现其晶体管微观损伤累积导致报警器电磁兼容性变差。通过增加去耦电容或限流电阻的方法,可有效改善上述现象。该文从实验角度证明全寿命电磁兼容测试分析有利用保证汽车电子产品的全寿命安全。Full-life electromagnetic compatibility test was carried out for automotive electronics products by combining the service life theory with electromagnetic compatibility theory of electronic components. The anti-theft alarm system was the research object, accelerated stress was selected with voltage for accelerated life test, and CISPR 25-2008 conducted emission was selected for EMC test methods, and it was found by comparing the conducted emission noise change after before accelerated life test that the function after the accelerated life test was normal, but the electromagnetic compatibility is poor and conducted emission noise peak of power line is 4% more than the peak limit of grade 3 in CISPR 25-2008 at frequency band of 50.8-52.15 MHz. By analyzing the circuit module of the anti-theft alarm, it was found that the microscopic damage accumulation of the transistor led to the deterioration of the electromagnetic compatibility of the alarm. The above phenomenon can be effectively improved by adding decoupling capacitors or current-limiting resistance. The test proves that the full-life electromagnetic compatibility analysis is benefit for full life safety of automotive electronic products.
