摘 要:师资队伍建设是独立学院内涵发展的重要内容,建立起发展性评价体系以及以评促发,是教师考核评价改革的重要方向。着眼于延安大学西安创新学院教师发展实际,从一线教师的角度审视该院教师考核制度,以大量的调研资料和实践经验为基础,探讨勤勉考核、业绩考核、贡献考核三大考核激励机制的构建,以期能为延安大学西安创新学院教师考核和教师发展提供一定的借鉴。The construction of teaching staff is an important content of the connotation development of independent colleges,the establishment of a developmental evaluation system and the promotion of evaluation.It is an important direction of teacher assessment and evaluation reform.Focusing on the actual development of teachers in Xi'an Innovation College of Yan'an University, this paper examines the teacher assessment system from the perspective of front-line teachers.Based on a large number of research materials and practical experience,this paper discusses the construction of three major assessment incentive mechanisms:diligent assessment,performance assessment and contribution assessment.In order to provide some reference for the teacher assessment and teacher development of Xi'an Innovation College of Yan'an University.
