上海市中间阶层体育休闲参与及其国际比较

摘　　要：基于"特大城市居民生活状况调查"的数据,分析上海市中间阶层休闲体育的参与状况及与国际休闲体育参与状况的异同。研究发现:在休闲时间和休闲频率方面,中间阶层与非中间阶层并没有明显的差异;而在休闲花费、参加休闲组织的频率及参加休闲体育活动的范围上,二者则有一定的差异性。通过与国际调查数据进行比较,可以发现上海市中间阶层经常参加休闲体育活动的频率要高于几个发达国家,但从休闲活动的项目上看,则呈现出明显的单一性。针对中间阶层体育参与的特征,提出促进中间阶层休闲体育参与的对策,要处理好以下4个方面的关系:体育公共服务的数量和质量的关系,政府政策制定和人们主动接纳的关系,个人体育与团体体育的关系,国内体育与国际体育的关系。Based on the survey of "living conditions of residents in mega cities",this paper analyzes the participation status of leisure sports among the middle class in Shanghai and the similarities and differences between them and foreign leisure sports participation.The result shows that there is no significant difference in the middle class and the non-middle class in the leisure time and frequency;but the two have certain differences and in the organization to participate in leisure expenditure,frequency and the scope to participate in leisure sports activities.Through the investigation and comparison of foreign data,it can be found that the frequency of leisure sports activities that middle class in Shanghai participate in is higher than that of the developed countries,but from the perspective of the variety,the sports leisure activities of middle class in Shanghai show a feature of homogeneity.As to the characteristics of the middle class sports participation,some countermeasures to promote the leisure sports participation of middle class are proposed,so as to handle well the relationship on the following four aspects:the quantity and quality of public sports service,government policy making and active acceptance by the people,individual sports activities and group sports activities,as well as domestic and international sports.
