摘　　要：目的:通过对我院门诊药房退药处方进行分析,提出个人建议,以助于促进临床合理用药。方法:收集我院门诊药房2016年6~12月退药处方176张,以科室退药、处方金额、退药药品种类、退药原因为指标进行分类统计。结论:通过建立惩罚制度,加强医患沟通,提高医师技术水平等,可有效提高医疗质量,减少退药数。Objective：By analyzing the situation of drug repercussion in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital, give personal advice,in order to promote rational drug use.Methods：176 pieces of drug repercussion prescription in outpatient of our hospital were collected.The data were classified statistically by drug repercussion ,the amount of money,types of returned drugs, reasons of drug repercusslon.Results：By setting up penalty system, improving doctor-patient communications, promoting the skills of doctors and so on, can efficiently advance the quality of medical treatment and reduce the amount of drug repercussion prescription.
