探讨现代根管治疗术治疗牙髓病及根尖周病的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析现代根管治疗术治疗牙髓病及根尖周病的疗效。方法此次研究纳入的患者为2016年3—9月在我院接受治疗的100例牙髓病及根尖周病患者。按照随机分配法则并平均分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者使用塑化术治疗,观察组患者使用现代根管治疗术。比较两组患者手术时间、治疗有效率、对治疗效果满意度。结果观察组患者进行手术的时间短于对照组(P<0.05),治疗有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),对治疗效果满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论现代感很管治疗术治疗牙髓病及根尖周病的临床效果显著,能够提高治疗有效率,是一种安全有效的治疗方式。Objective To analyze the efect of modern root canal therapy in the treatment of dental pulp disease and periapical disease. Methods 100 patients with dental pulp disease and periapical disease treated in our hospital from March to September 2016, were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random distribution rule, 50 cases in each group, the control group were treated with plasticization, the observation group were treated with modern root canal therapy. The operation time, treatment efciency and satisfaction of the treatment efect between the two groups were compared. Results The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The efective rate of treatment was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The satisfaction of the treatment efect was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It is a safe and efective way to treat dental pulp disease and periapical disease with modern sense tube therapy, which is efective and efective.
