进展期肝内胆细胞癌肝动脉灌注结合全身化疗治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析及探索针对进展期肝内胆细胞癌患者采用肝动脉灌注结合全身化疗方案治疗的临床疗效。方法收集2011年7月—2015年7月间本科室接收的患进展期肝内胆细胞癌的70例患者,根据患者治疗方案的区别,将其中单行化疗治疗的30例患者分为参考组,行肝动脉灌注联合全身化疗治疗的40例患者分为研究组,观察比较2组患者治疗效果,并记录患者用药后不良反应发生情况及调查生存时间。结果研究组治疗后的CR率、获益率与参考组相比显著更高(P<0.05);研究组的平均生存时间与参考组相比显著更长(P<0.05);2组的不良反应发生率对比差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论针对进展期肝内胆细胞癌患者采用肝动脉灌注结合全身化疗方案治疗效果较好,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze and explore clinical curative effect for advanced liver cancer patients with bladder cells of hepatic artery perfusion combined with systemic chemotherapy. Methods 70 cases collected from July 2011 to July 2015 the patient received undergraduate room progression of intrahepatic cell carcinoma patients, according to the difference between the treatment of patients, among which 30 cases single chemotherapy patients were divided into reference group, 40 cases underwent hepatic artery perfusion combined with systemic chemotherapy in the treatment of the patients were divided into study group, the effect of 2 groups of patients were recorded after treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions and the investigation of survival time were observed and compared. Results The study group after treatment CR rate and beneft rate and reference were signifcantly higher （P 〈 0.05）; the average survival time of study group was signifcantly longer than that in the reference group （P 〈 0.05）; the adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared no signifcant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of hepatic artery perfusion combined with systemic chemotherapy is better for the patients with advanced hepatic bile cell carcinoma, which should be used for reference.
