斑蝥酸钠注射液细菌内毒素检查法研究

摘　　要：按中国药典2015年版四部通则1143细菌内毒素检查法及中国药品检验标准操作规范2010年版的相关要求,参考相关文献,通过合理确定本品的细菌内毒素限值(L),并通过干扰试验预试验和干扰试验确定斑蝥酸钠注射液(规格:2 ml:0.1mg)在细菌内毒素试验中的最小不干扰稀释倍数(最大不干扰浓度),最终建立本品的细菌内毒素检查方法。According to General principles 1143 in the four edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 Edition bacterial endotoxin test, and Relevant requirements of Chinese drug inspection standard operating standard 2010 Edition, and related literature. The limit value of bacterial endotoxin was determined reasonably （F）. Defining Minimum non-interference Dilution Times（Maximum non-interference concentration） of Cantharidinate Injection（specifcation2 ml ：0.1mg） in Bacterial endotoxin test by pre-test of interference test and interference test. Finally, the method of bacterial endotoxin test was established.
