摘　　要：目的:观察彩超引导下经皮经肝穿刺胆道引流术对梗阻性黄疸患者临床症状及肝功能的影响。方法:选取梗阻性黄疸患者41例为研究对象,在彩超引导下行经皮经肝穿刺胆道引流术,比较手术前后患者临床症状积分和各项肝功能指标。结果:术后患者临床症状积分和肝功能各项指标水平均显著优于术前(P<0.05)。结论:经胆道引流术可有效改善梗阻性黄疸患者的临床症状和各项肝功能指标水平。Objective To investigate effects of color Doppler guided percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage （PTCD） on clinical symptoms and liver function of patients with obstructive jaundice. Methods： 41 patients with obstructive jaundice were selected as the research objects and were given the color Doppler guided PTCD. The clinical symptoms and liver function indicators before and after the operation were compared. Results ： The clinical symptom scores and liver function indicator levels after the operation were sig-nificantly better than those before the operation （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： PTCD can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and liv-er function indicators in the patients with obstructive jaundice.【
