微切口超声乳化加非球面人工晶体植入治疗白内障的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察与探究微切口超声乳化加非球面人工晶体植入治疗白内障的疗效。方法选取2014年3月至2017年3月于本院就诊及治疗的60例白内障患者(60只患眼)作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例患者(30只患眼)。对照组患者给予微切口超声乳化加球面人工晶体植入治疗,观察组患者给予微切口超声乳化加非球面人工晶体植入治疗,对比并分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果与对照组患者比较,观察组患者的术后视力1.0以上的占比略高,但组间差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的角膜高阶像差、晶状体高阶像差、全眼高阶像差更低(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后并发症总发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论对白内障患者实施微切口超声乳化加非球面人工晶体植入治疗的临床效果较好,患者的术后并发症较少。Objective To observe and explore the therapeutic effect of microincision phacoemulsification and implantation of aspheric lenses on cataract. Methods From March 2014 to March 2017, 60 cases（60 eyes） of cataract patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 30 patients（30 eyes） in each group. The control group was treated with microincision phacoemulsification and implantation of spherical artificial lens, while the observation group patients was given microincision phacoemulsification and implantation of aspheric lenses. The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the proportion of patients with postoperative visual acuity higher than 1.0 in the observation group was slightly higher, but there was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）; the higher-order aberrations of the cornea, the higher-order aberrations of the lens and the higher-order aberrations of the whole eye in the observation group were lower（P〈0.05）; the total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Microincision phacoemulsification and implantation of aspheric lenses has good effect on cataract, with less postoperative complications.
