精神科封闭式女病区护士工作压力现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的:研究分析精神科封闭式女病区护士工作压力源。方法:2015年1月~2017年1月对精神科封闭式女病区在职、曾在本病区工作过而离职以及轮转到本院其他病区的61名护士通过问卷调查方式进行调查,参照工作压力源量表,对其工作压力源进行分析。结果:精神科封闭式女病区护士总体工作压力水平得分为(2.37±0.61)分,为中度压力。本科学历、聘用、年龄30~40岁、工作4~18年的护士及护士长、责任组长的压力程度相对较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精神科封闭式女病区护士的工作压力值得关注,为此管理者采取积极有效的减压措施显得尤为重要。Objective：To study and analyze the working pressure source of nurses in closed female ward of psychiatry department.Methods：To survey 61 nurses who working in the closed ward for women in psychiatric department,who had left their jobs in the ward and who had been transferred to other wards of the hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 by means of questionnaires,and according to the work stressor scale,to analyze the work stressor.Results：The overall working pressure score of nurses in closed ward for women in psychiatric department was（2.37 ± 0.61）,which was moderate pressure.The degrees of stress of nurses,head nurses and responsible group leaders with a bachelor degree,employment,age 30-40 years old and 4-18 years＇ work period were relatively high,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The working stress of nurses in closed female ward of psychiatry department should be paid attention to,so it was particularly important for managers to take active and effective decompression measures.
