摘　　要：地铁工程项目投入产出效率是地铁施工企业利润重大来源,提高投入产出效率,增加地铁工程施工企业的项目收益,需要对地铁工程施工成本费用作用机理进行研究。基于文献综述与调研访谈相结合的方法,识别出地铁工程施工成本费用关键影响因素,在此基础上构建地铁工程施工成本费用作用机理概念模型,提出研究假设。运用SPSS数据统计与SEM方法进行实证研究,揭示工程管理、技术和环境等因素对地铁工程成本费用管控效果具有显著影响,挖掘地铁工程成本费用作用机理,为提升地铁工程成本费用管控水平与效果提供了理论依据与现实指导。The input and output efficiency of subway project is a major source of profit for subway construction enterprises. In order to improve the input-output efficiency, increase the benefits of subway construction enterprises, it is necessary to research the subway construction cost mechanism. In this paper, based on the basic concepts of cost, managing and controlling effect and mechanism, through the literature review and research interview, the key factors affecting the subway construction cost are identified. Based on this, the conceptual model of the mechanism of subway construction cost is constructed, and the research hypotheses are put forward, and the structural equation model is used to do empirical research to show that the factors such as construction management, technology, environment, etc. have significant impact on the cost control of subway construction, and it reveals the mechanism of subway engineering cost, providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the level and effect of cost control.
