摘　　要：青霉素的发现开启了抗生素时代,四环素类抗生素发现于20世纪40年代,是最常用的抗生素之一。四环素类抗生素应用广泛,在人类医学中可用于治疗各种囊肿,辅助诊断胃、肺、膀胱、口腔黏膜等部位的恶性肿瘤;在畜禽领域可用于预防和治疗动物疾病,促进动物生长,提高饲料转化率。但四环素类抗生素也存在一些副作用,会造成菌群失调症和四环素牙等。综述了四环素类抗生素的结构与性质、用途与危害及检测方法的研究进展。四环素类抗生素对环境和食品安全都有一定的危害,基于现有检测方法的不足,检测涵盖的样品范围较窄等问题,仍需要科技工作者和政府相关职能部门高度重视。The discovery of penicillin has opened the era of antibiotics.Tetracycline antibiotics is one of the most commonly used antibiotics,which was found in 1940 s.Tetracycline antibiotics are widely used.In human medicine,it can be used to treat a variety of cysts,for diagnosis of stomach,lung,bladder,oral mucosa cancer and malignant tumor of other parts;in animal application,it can be used to prevent and treat animal diseases,promote animal growth,and promote the feed conversion rate.However,there are some side effects of tetracycline antibiotics,including causing bacterial flora disorder and tetracycline teeth.This paper reviews structure,properties,application,harm and detection method of tetracycline antibiotics.Tetracycline antibiotics bring harm to environment and food safety.Due to the shortcomings of the existing detection methods and the narrow coverage of samples covered by the test,it is still necessary for scientists and functional departments related to make further research.
