摘 要:探讨了魔芋低聚甘露糖(Konjac mannose oligosaccharides,KMOS)对小鼠肠绒毛形态及主要脏器指数的影响.取健康成年雄性昆明种小鼠50只,随机分为5组,每组10只,每天灌胃1次,每次灌胃KMOS生理盐水溶液0.2mL,剂量分别为0(对照组)、650、1 400、3 000和6 500mg/kg.连续灌胃30d后处死小鼠,取其回肠和盲肠段,光镜测量肠绒毛直径和高度,并测定其胸腺和脾脏指数.结果表明,各组动物体重相较给药前均显著提高(P<0.05),但无明显组间差异(P>0.05).与对照组相比,650、1 400和3 000mg/kg组肠绒毛直径和高度无明显改变(P>0.05),6 500mg/kg组回肠绒毛直径和高度(P<0.01)显著增加,盲肠绒毛直径也有增加趋势(P=0.061);同时,1 400、3 000和6 500mg/kg组小鼠的脾脏指数较对照组显著增加(P<0.05).以上结果说明KMOS可促进小鼠回肠和盲肠绒毛生长,并增强其外周免疫器官功能.The purpose of present study is to investigate the effect of Konjac mannose oligosaccharides(KMOS)on intestine villus morphology in normal mice.Fifty adult male KM mice,in five groups(ten animals for each group),were respectively treated(intragastrically infusion)with KMOS at doses of 0(Control),650,1 400,3 000,or 6 500 mg/kg(dissolved in 0.2 ml saline,once a day)for consecutive 30 d.Thirty days later,all animals were killed and the sections of ileum and cecum were taken out for slicing and staining to measure the diameter and height of the intestine villus.At the same time,the spleen and thymus were weighed for calculation of the organ index.At the end of the drug treatment,the weight of all groups was increased significantly(All P <0.05),but there was no prominent difference among groups(All P>0.05).On the intestine villus diameter and height,there was no significant difference between control animals and KMOS treated animals at most doses(650,1 400,3 000 mg/kg;All P>0.05).The ileum villus diameter(P < 0.01)and height(P < 0.01)of6 500 mg/kg KMOS treated animals were significantly higher than that of control animals,and the cecum villus diameter has an increasing tendency(P = 0.061).The spleen index of animals from 1 400~ 6 500 mg/kg groups were significantly increased compared with control(All P < 0.05).Present results suggested that the KMOS would rise the immunological function of the spleen,and promote the growth of intestine villi,then enlarge the surface area of intestine absorbing in KM mice.
