摘 要:汽车涂装自动输送线由于设计过程的复杂性、设备昂贵、工艺流程长等原因,导致无法采用成本高、执行难度大的现场试验进行验证。针对汽车涂装自动输送线的工艺特点,文章围绕汽车涂装自动输送线的设计和虚拟实验方法展开研究,通过Flexsim虚拟实验平台,对汽车涂装自动输送线初始设计方案的运行过程进行仿真,并根据仿真结果和虚拟实验数据,对初始设计方案的阻塞、结构布置和平衡等问题进行了分析和改进,改进后的汽车涂装自动输送线在运行的顺畅性、结构的合理性以及平衡效率等方面明显得到了提升。The design of automobile painting automatic conveying line is difficult to be testified by field test due to its complex design process,expensive equipment and long procedure flow. The method of virtual experiment is used for aided design and verification of automobile painting automatic conveying line in the paper. Considering the procedure feature of typical automobile painting automatic conveying line,the key technology of its design and virtual experiment is researched. Based on virtual experimental platform of Flexsim,the running process of automobile painting automatic conveying line is simulated dynamically in the initial design. According to the simulation result and virtual experimental data,the problems of block,structural arrangement and line balance in the initial design are analyzed,and the improved design schemes are put forward and further proved by virtual experiment. The result shows the improved design of automobile painting automatic conveying line runs smoothly and easily with more reasonable configuration and higher balance efficiency.
