摘  要:目的比较逆行气管插管联合改良中心静脉穿刺术与传统经口气管插管、传统眼科剪V形口动静脉穿刺术在电击致家兔心室颤动心肺复苏术中的应用价值。方法选用健康成年家兔40只,随机分为A、B两组。对照组(A组):采用传统经口气管插管术(OI)+传统眼科剪V口动静脉穿刺术(TVP);实验组(B组):家兔采用逆行气管插管术(RI)+改良颈内静脉穿刺术(IVP),分别记录两组的建模及复苏效能。结果 B组插管时间、插管次数、插管出血量明显少于A组(P<0.05);B组颈内静脉穿刺时间、穿刺次数、穿刺出血量亦明显少于A组(P<0.05);B组复苏成功率及不同时间点存活率有高于A组趋势(P>0.05)。结论逆行气管插管联合改良颈内静脉穿刺术创伤小,插管成功率高,并发症发生率也低,是家兔动物实验模型建立中值得优先考虑的方法。Objective To compare retrograde tracheal intubation with improvement center vein puncture with traditional manner by tube intubation,traditional eye cut V arteriovenous puncture in electric shocks to the application value of rabbit cardiac arrest resuscitation.Methods Choose 40 healthy adult rabbits and divided into A,B two groups randomly.Group A was adopting the traditional manner via nasal intubation tube(OI)+eye mouth cut V arteriovenous puncture(TVP).Group B was the rabbit with retrograde tracheal intubation technique(RI)+improvement of internal jugular vein puncture(IVP).Two sets of modeling and recovery performance were recorded.Results The intubation time,total Numbers,bleeding volume of group B was significantly lower than group A(P〈0.05).The time of center veni-puncture,total numbers,blood volume of group B was significantly lower than group A(P〈0.05).The group B was shown a trend of higher survival rates in seven days and other different time points(P〈0.05).Conclusion The retrograde tracheal intubation technique combined improved internal jugular vein puncture is the method which deserves priority considered in rabbit experimental model because its small trauma,the increased success rate and the lower complication rate.
