摘　　要：考虑一种新的拟收缩条件并证明具有Banach代数的的无正规的锥度量空间上满足新的拟收缩条件的自映射具有唯一不动点。进一步,给出更一般形式的拟收缩条件下的唯一不动点存在定理。所得结果推广和改进了若干已知的拟收缩映射的不动点定理。A new quasi contractive condition is studied. It is proven that the self mappings satisfying the new contractive condition has a unique fixed point on non normal cone metric spaces with Banach algebras. Furthermore, a unique fixed theorem under the more general quasi contractive condition is given. The obtained result generalizes and improves some well known fixed point theorems for quasi contractive mappings.
